had a mishap

i went for a shower earlier nearly ended up in A & E i slipped in the shower cubical landed on a very large pump action shower cream bottle so im now sporting lovely brusies on the top of my left arm bottom right and the best 1 of all just above my hip that 1s causing me loads of pain think i gave the muscle there a good thump
im getting at this accident lark
