Semi good news
They've removed the cast from my ankle today, although I'm still not allowed to put any weight on it. But at least I can enjoy a proper bath It's going to be another few months yet, but I'm to gently start moving it and then take things from there - just hoping I do no further damage when I fall, now there's no cast to protect it.

Re: Semi good news
Thanks
I'm going to do as he's said, just really excited about having a nice soak in the bath with some lovely bubble bath, we got some of my favourite on the way home yesterday
Still struggling with Mr TN after the cast removal as he went mental at the cutting machine despite sedation. Even my neuro's nurse told me I looked dreadful - great isn't it

It's starting to settle back down to it's normal levels, which are bad enough
